Can catalogue wall height be adopted without design?

No. Catalogue classes are references. Retained height, surcharge, soil, water, bearing, sliding, overturning and foundation conditions require project-specific engineering.

What geotechnical information is required?

Provide soil profile, unit weight, strength parameters, allowable bearing, groundwater, settlement considerations and any seismic requirement.

Why is drainage behind the wall important?

Drainage limits unintended hydrostatic pressure and helps manage water entering the retained fill. The outlet and maintenance path must be detailed.

Can traffic run close to the wall?

Only when the traffic surcharge, barrier loads and distance from the wall are included in the approved structural and geotechnical design.

Can dimensions or details be customised?

Yes, after the unit schedule and technical scope are frozen, manufacture and dispatch can be coordinated to the agreed workfront sequence.

How are units lifted and stored?

Use only approved lifting points, unit weights, equipment and method statements. Stable dunnage, stack height and ground conditions must be planned.

What quality records can be requested?

Applicable drawings, material records and inspection documentation can be discussed for the confirmed product and project scope.

Can existing infrastructure be connected?

Existing levels, dimensions, utilities and tolerances must be surveyed and incorporated into the approved interface details before manufacture.

Can the 3D model be used as a fabrication drawing?

No. The interactive model is for product understanding. Only the latest approved production and project drawings govern manufacture and installation.
